Standard shipping charges are based on merchandise subtotal:

Free Shipping on Non Sale Items (Excludes Quinceanera Dresses)
Shipping on Sale Items= $9.99
Quinceanera Dresses= $20.00

Shipping method: UPS and/or USPS

Shipping charges apply to the contiguous 48 states only. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and International Shipping are an additional charge based on items ordered and recipient address.
