Online Sales Policy for Norma’s Boutique, Goldsboro NC
When you place an order on our website, you are agreeing to any and all of the terms and conditions of our Online Sales Policy (“Online Sales Policy”) listed below.
If for any reason you need to return an item, please review the complete details of Norma’s Boutique Online Merchandise Return Policy to determine if any special conditions apply.
NOTE: All returns must be in original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean and free of lint and hair - and must have the tags intact and attached. In addition, the final decision on size is yours.
NORMA’S BOUTIQUE ONLINE MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY:
We accept online merchandise returns via mail, UPS, FedEx or returned to our store. Returned merchandise must be in new condition. Check to make sure your return meets the described conditions:
1. Damaged Dresses: For a damaged dress or a miss-shipped dress (“Damaged Dress”) where the item shipped was not ordered, the issue must be reported within 48-hours of receiving your shipment. SEE BELOW ON HOW TO RETURN A DAMAGED DRESS. Must be in original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean and free of lint and hair - and must have the tags intact and attached. Norma’s Boutique will replace a Damaged Dress with the exact dress purchased. If a replacement cannot be issued, we will happily refund the purchase price plus shipping and handling fees for a Damaged Dress.
2. If you have received a Damaged Dress, you must receive an RA (Return Authorization) number. SEE BELOW ON HOW TO RETURN A DAMAGED DRESS.
3. If you have received a Damaged Dress, you must provide a detailed explanation in the return package.
ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED (Non-Returnable Items)
1. Formal Wear (includes but not limited to any and all dresses listed under Prom & Evening Dress and/or Quinceanera section of website), Mother of the Bride Wear, Jewelry, Shoes, and Undergarments (“Non-Returnable Items”) cannot be returned. Sales for Non-Returnable Items are final. NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES, NO REFUNDS, ALL SALES FINAL.
2. Special Order Items. These are items that were specifically ordered for you. NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES, NO REFUNDS, ALL SALES FINAL.
3. Personalized Items. No returns, no exchanges, no refunds.
4. A Damaged Dress or any other item with an RA (Return Authorization) number that has exceeded the 48-hour requirement. SEE BELOW ON HOW TO RETURN A DAMAGED DRESS.
5. Sale Items, which includes but not limited to promo items, discounted items, or any item that is less than the regular price of said item. NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES, NO REFUNDS, ALL SALES FINAL.
ITEMS THAT CAN BE RETURNED
Items not listed above can be returned for a full credit card refund, a store credit or exchanged for equal or greater value if the store is contacted within 48-hours of receiving your shipment. You must receive an RA (Return Authorization) number. The item must be shipped or returned to Norma’s Boutique within 48-hours after receiving your RA number. No refunds or exchange will be accepted without RA number and/or not shipped within 48-hours after receiving RA number. Returns will be promptly processed and payment in the amount of your purchase minus shipping charges (even if shipping is free) will be credited to your card or a store credit issued once merchandise has been received by the store.
HOW TO RETURN MERCHANDISE
1. Obtain an RA (Return Authorization) number within 48-hours of receiving your shipment. To receive an RA number, send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org, or call 919-734-7476 during store hours. If your call is after store hours, you must leave a message including the day, date and time of your call. An authorized agent from Norma’s Boutique will contact you the next business day to provide you with your RA number.
2. 48-HOUR REQUIREMENT. The merchandise must be shipped within 48-hours of receiving an RA number. Please include a note describing the reason you are returning the merchandise, and write the RA number on the outside of the package.
3. Ship the package to Norma’s Boutique, 1703 East Ash Street, Goldsboro NC 27530. Use a shipping service that can be tracked, such as Registered USPS, FedEx, or UPS. We do not guarantee refunds for returns sent via a non-trackable method. For replacement dresses, Norma’s Boutique will ship a replacement dress within 5-7 days of receiving the package with a valid RA number. Store credit is processed for the original cost paid for merchandise, tax and shipping. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.

Shipping method: UPS and/or USPS
Shipping charges apply to the contiguous 48 states only. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and International Shipping are an additional charge based on items ordered and recipient address, please email for cost of rush deliveries.
