About Our Women's Clothing Boutique

Norma's Boutique has been serving Goldsboro, Smithfield, Wayne County, and Eastern North Carolina for more than 40-years. Everything in our store has been hand-picked by owners Tom and Sherry for an "upscale" experience. When you have an important function and you want to make a statement, Norma's will have it for you in style!

Our prom and formal lines include Alyce, La Femme, Blush, Rachel Allan, and Mac Duggal, and with this website, there are thousands to choose from.

For more than 20-years, Norma's has been a Lilly Pulitzer Specialty Store. We also proudly carry Joseph Ribkoff and Frank Lyman. Plus, you'll also discover highly fashionable and trendy jewelry lines from providers like Susan Shaw, House of Harlow, Zenzii, and more.
